Refund and Trial Policy
This Refund and Trial Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and trials for reninbox.com ("Inbox by Ren", "we", "us" and/or "our") services. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Trial Period
The Service includes a 7-day trial period ("Trial") subject to the following conditions:
- No charges will be made during the Trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the Trial without incurring any charges
- Your payment method will only be charged after the Trial period ends
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate trials at our discretion
2. Billing and Charges
You acknowledge and agree to the following billing terms:
- Charges begin automatically after the Trial period ends
- Billing occurs on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
- All prices displayed exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
- As per UAE laws, a 5% VAT will be collected on all services and goods
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
3. Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply to subscription cancellations:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- You retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of your billing period
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy includes a one-time refund window:
- After the 7-day trial period ends and payment is processed, you have a 14-day refund window
- Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period to support@reninbox.com
- This is a one-time courtesy refund available only for your first subscription payment
- After the 14-day refund window or after using your one-time refund:
- All subsequent sales are final
- No refunds will be provided for partial use or early cancellation
- Exceptions may be made only as required by applicable law
- Disputed charges must be raised within 14 days of the transaction
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
5. Value Added Tax (VAT)
In compliance with UAE tax regulations:
- A 5% VAT is applied to all services and goods
- VAT charges will be clearly displayed on invoices
- VAT registration numbers will be provided on request
- Tax invoices will be issued for all applicable transactions
